The Appaloosa Horses

The Appaloosa is a breed of horses originated in North America.
With his cloak to typical spots, the Appaloosa horse strongly affects the imagination.
This is the horse that the Indians of America used to hunt the bison and its name derives from the Palouse River that still surround the territories of their first Indian farmers.

Without doubt the most obvious theatrical Appaloosa horse is the beautiful spotted coat, even if the breed standard provides various forms of pigmentation and spotting.

We believe that there are five types of Mantle:

snowflake
marbled
rime
white blanket or spotted
leopard

One of the most important peculiarities of Appaloosa horses is the sclera as white men, while most other equine breeds have the sclera black horsehair in the tail and mane appear weak and underdeveloped and hooves are vertically striated. The Appaloosa show a docile but they are brave, showing the so-called cow-sense that makes them adaptable to both work with livestock than to sports.
